HOME SALES SHINE BRIGHT: ANOTHER PROMISING WEEK FOR PENTICTON’S REAL ESTATE MARKET!
A TOTAL of 19 properties were SOLD in Penticton this past week. That’s on PAR with sales from the previous week (19), but UP 3 sales for the same time period a year ago (16). The highest-priced transaction was a Single-Family Home in the Wiltse Neighbourhood which sold for over $1,275,000 million dollars. The average negotiated sales price this past week was 97% of the listing price, with just 2 of the 19 properties selling at or above there stated listing price. Since the start of 2025, inventory levels in the city have trended lower compared to the previous year. We currently have 470 properties (of all types) listed for sale in the city, compared to 475 homes available in March 2024. This is a very slight decrease of 1% in available inventory year over year.
