🚨ANOTHER QUIET WEEK OF HOME SALES IN THE CITY OF PENTICTON!

ONLY 9 properties SOLD in PENTICTON this past week, that’s on PAR (9) from the previous week, but DOWN 14 home sales (23) from the same week one year ago. The highest priced transaction was a single-family home in the Wiltse/Valleyview neighbourhood which sold for more than $1.6 Million Dollars. The difference between the average listing price and the average negotiated sales price this past week ended up at 96%, with just 1 of the 9 homes SELLING at or above there listing price. Our current Inventory levels hover around 294+ homes (of all types) “For Sale” right now compared to 151 homes this time last year – that’s an increase in inventory year over year of +95%. Based on our JANUARY month-end reports, we are firmly locked into a “BUYERS” housing market at this point in time!
